INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
10 oz. can red enchilada sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. Adobo seasoning
3/4 C. mexican blend shredded cheese
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain off the excess grease.
Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes till onion is tender.
Lower the heat to medium and stir in the enchilada sauce and seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the cheese just before serving.
